The Art of Creation — Production & Processing Times

Every piece from Midnight Muse Made is crafted with intention. Because many of our offerings are made to order, please allow time for the magic to unfold before your order ships.

Custom & Personalized Items (ornaments, photo gifts, keychains, and similar) Please allow 5–10 business days for production before shipment. During peak seasons (October–December), production may extend to 10–14 business days.

Ready-to-Ship Items In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days of order placement.

If your order contains a mix of made-to-order and ready-to-ship items, the entire order will ship together once all pieces are complete — unless you contact us to arrange a split shipment.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free shipping on all orders $35 and over. Orders under $35 ship at a flat rate of $6.

We ship via USPS, with estimated delivery times as follows:

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business daysafter shipment
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days after shipment
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business daysafter shipment

Total estimated delivery = production time + transit time.

International Shipping

We ship to 27 countries worldwide via USPS and DHL Express.

  • USPS International: 7–21 business days after shipment
  • DHL Express: 3–7 business days after shipment

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by Midnight Muse Made. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before ordering.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking confirmation with a link to follow your package's journey. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent.

A Note on Timing

We pour care into every order. While we always aim to meet or beat our estimated timelines, handmade production is an art — not an assembly line. If you have a hard deadline (a gift, a holiday, an event), please reach out before placing your order and we'll do everything we can to make it happen.
