Our artists lovingly adjust lighting, colour, and composition. Even if your photo isn't studio-quality, we'll make it magical.

What if my photo doesn't look good enough?
No worries at all! Our artists enhance every image by hand. As long as your pet's face is visible, we can work our magic.

Can I see a proof before it ships?
We're a small coven crafting each piece with care. While we don't offer proofs, if you're not completely enchanted with your order, we'll remake it — that's our promise.

How long does it take?
Most orders ship within 5–7 business days. Each piece is conjured to order, so please allow a little extra time during busy spells.

What if I don't like it?
We want you to love your piece! If something isn't right, reach out and we'll make it right — remake or refund, no hexes involved.

Can I order for multiple pets?
Absolutely! Add each pet as a separate item with their own photo. Want a group portrait? Message us and we'll cast a special spell.
